Alright, I have noticed a quite a few people are linking to my site thru the Juneau Maritime Festival Website, so I’ve decided to post the award winning recipe.
This recipe makes 1 gallon of marinade. Its great on chicken, halibut, or even flank steak.
3/4 Yoshida Gormet Sauce.
1/4 Orange Juice Concentrate.
2 full garlic cloves
1/2 cup freshy grated ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
I cup finely chopped cilantro
Put it all together and let it marinade overnight. You will not be disapointed. I love garlic and tend to over do it most times. Please make the recipe your own and give me any feedback on other recipes.
